How It Works
From Reservation to Return
Renting with Go Velior Rental Cars LLC follows a clear, documented process. Every step below reflects the terms stated in our published policies and in the rental agreement signed at pickup.
- 01
Choose your branch and dates
Select Orlando, Miami or Fort Lauderdale, your pickup and return dates, and the vehicle category that fits your trip. Branch hours are 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily.
- 02
Submit your reservation request
Provide your name, contact details and trip information. Before completing a reservation you must review and accept our Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
- 03
Reservation payment and authorization
Reservation payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment method will be stored for charges authorized by your rental agreement, you must give explicit consent at checkout. Consent is never pre-selected.
- 04
Verification at pickup
At the branch, each renter and additional driver presents a valid original driver's license. Drivers with a non-U.S. license also present a valid passport or government-issued identification from their country of residence.
- 05
Deposit or payment authorization
A security deposit or payment authorization may be required before the vehicle is released. The amount is determined by vehicle category, rental duration, payment method, protection selected and risk assessment, and is disclosed before the rental begins.
- 06
Sign the rental agreement and drive
The rental agreement states the rate, included mileage, fuel policy, protection products, authorized drivers and all applicable charges. Once signed, the vehicle is inspected and released to you.
- 07
Return the vehicle
Return the vehicle to the agreed branch within opening hours on the agreed date and time. The vehicle is inspected on return and fuel level, mileage and condition are recorded.
- 08
Final charges and deposit release
Any charges permitted by the rental agreement — such as tolls, fuel, late return, extraordinary cleaning, damage or administrative costs — are documented and billed after return. Release of a deposit or authorization hold depends on your bank, card issuer, payment network and payment processor.
