Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 20, 2026. Version 1.0. These Terms & Conditions govern reservations made with Go Velior Rental Cars LLC and are supplemented by the rental agreement signed at vehicle pickup. Where these terms and the signed rental agreement differ on a specific rental, the rental agreement controls for that rental.
1. Eligibility and driver requirements
- The renter must be at least 21 years old. Certain vehicles may require a minimum age of 25.
- All renters and authorized drivers must present a valid original driver's license at vehicle pickup.
- Drivers using a non-U.S. driver's license must also present a valid passport or government-issued identification from their country of residence.
- A valid payment method in the renter's name is required.
- Additional restrictions, deposits or coverage requirements may apply based on driver age, vehicle category, driver history, insurance and payment method. Final eligibility is subject to verification at pickup.
- Full details are set out on our Rental Requirements page.
2. Identification
Go Velior Rental Cars LLC verifies the identity and driving eligibility of every renter and additional driver and digitally stores copies or records of driver's licenses and identification documents where required. This processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Reservations
- A reservation is a request for a vehicle category at a specific branch, date and time. It is not a reservation of a specific make, model, year or color.
- A reservation is confirmed when Go Velior Rental Cars LLC issues a written confirmation and any required reservation payment has been processed.
- Reservations are subject to availability at the selected branch. If the reserved category is unavailable, we will offer an alternative category or a remedy consistent with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Rates, taxes, surcharges and optional products are disclosed during the reservation process.
4. Rental payment
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. Go Velior Rental Cars LLC does not store full card numbers or card security codes when Stripe processes the payment.
- Amounts due include the rental rate for the agreed period, applicable taxes and surcharges, optional products selected, and any additional charges permitted by the rental agreement.
- Where an amount is not fixed in advance, it is charged as disclosed in the rental agreement, based on documented costs and applicable fees.
5. Vehicle pickup
- Pickup takes place at the branch stated in the reservation during operating hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily).
- The renter and each additional driver must be present with the required documents.
- The vehicle is inspected jointly before release and its condition, mileage and fuel level are recorded.
- A late arrival may affect the reservation. See the no-show terms in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Vehicle return
- The vehicle must be returned to the agreed branch on the agreed date and time, during operating hours, with the fuel level and condition required by the rental agreement.
- Return to a different branch is permitted only when agreed in advance and may incur charges as disclosed in the rental agreement.
- The vehicle is inspected on return and condition, mileage and fuel level are recorded.
7. Security deposit and payment authorization
A security deposit or payment authorization may be required before the vehicle is released. The amount is determined per rental based on the vehicle, customer profile, rental duration, payment method, protection selected and risk assessment, and is disclosed before the rental begins. Release times depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment network and payment processor. See our Payment Authorization & Security Deposit Policy.
8. Saved payment method authorization
A payment method is stored for future authorized charges only where the customer has actively given explicit consent through an unchecked consent checkbox. We record the acceptance, date and time, reservation ID, rental agreement ID where available, customer identifier and the version of the accepted terms.
9. Additional charges after the rental
Charges may be applied after the rental ends, using the authorized payment method, for amounts permitted by the rental agreement. These are merchant-initiated charges tied to a specific rental and are not recurring subscriptions. They may include:
- Toll charges based on documented toll usage and administration costs as disclosed in the rental agreement.
- Damage to the vehicle, assessed on documented repair or diminished-value costs, subject to any protection product purchased.
- Fuel, where the vehicle is not returned with the fuel level required by the rental agreement.
- Extraordinary cleaning, where the vehicle requires cleaning beyond normal use, including smoking or pet-related cleaning.
- Lost keys, missing equipment or missing items belonging to the vehicle.
- Late return, charged as disclosed in the rental agreement.
- Traffic and parking violations issued during the rental period, together with the administrative charge disclosed in the rental agreement.
- Other amounts explicitly permitted by the rental agreement.
Go Velior Rental Cars LLC does not apply arbitrary fees. Supporting documentation is provided for each charge on request.
10. Authorized drivers
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Allowing an unlisted person to drive is a breach of these terms, may void protection products and may make the renter responsible for all resulting loss to the extent permitted by law.
11. Prohibited use
The vehicle may not be:
- Operated by any person not listed on the rental agreement.
- Operated by a driver under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance that impairs driving.
- Used for any unlawful purpose, or to transport unlawful goods or persons.
- Used for racing, speed testing, driving instruction, towing or pushing another vehicle.
- Used for commercial passenger transport or ride-hailing unless expressly authorized in writing.
- Operated off paved roads, through flooded areas, or in a manner contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Taken outside the geographic area permitted by the rental agreement.
- Sublet, rented, sold, pledged or otherwise transferred to another party.
- Overloaded beyond its rated passenger or cargo capacity.
12. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations, refunds, credits toward future rentals and no-show handling are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is presented before payment is completed and forms part of these terms.
13. Fraud
Go Velior Rental Cars LLC may decline, cancel or terminate a reservation or rental where identity verification fails, where documents appear altered or invalid, where a payment method is reported as unauthorized, or where there is a reasonable indication of fraud. Suspected fraud may be reported to the payment processor, the card issuer and law enforcement.
14. Disputes and chargebacks
Customers are asked to contact us before initiating a chargeback so the charge can be reviewed. Where a chargeback concerns an amount authorized under the rental agreement, we may submit the rental agreement, the recorded authorization consent and cost documentation to the payment processor and card issuer, and may pursue lawful recovery of amounts due.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go Velior Rental Cars LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, loss of data, loss of use or loss of personal property left in a vehicle, arising out of a reservation or rental. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing in these terms limits any rights a consumer has under mandatory Florida or federal law.
16. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, government action, civil disturbance or utility and network failures.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of a reservation or rental, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that provide otherwise.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version applicable to a reservation is the version accepted at the time the reservation was completed, together with the signed rental agreement.
