How Your Payment Information Is Handled

Online reservation payments, rental payments, security-related payment authorizations and refunds are processed through Stripe, an independent payment services provider. Card details are entered into payment fields hosted by Stripe. Go Velior Rental Cars LLC is an independent company; it is not endorsed by, certified by or affiliated with Stripe.

• Go Velior Rental Cars LLC does not directly store full card numbers when payments are processed by Stripe.
• Go Velior Rental Cars LLC does not store card security codes (CVC/CVV).
• Our systems retain only processor references needed to administer a rental, such as a customer identifier, payment method reference, payment intent reference or checkout session reference, together with limited non-sensitive details such as card brand and last four digits where provided by the processor.
• Card data is never collected through uncontrolled custom forms and is never written to our application logs.

Stripe may process information necessary for:

• Payment authorization
• Fraud prevention
• Dispute management
• Refunds
• Regulatory compliance
• Transaction security

Stripe processes this information under its own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

• Access to rental and payment records is limited to authorized company personnel who need it to perform their duties.
• Identification documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are not available through public links.
• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
• Records of customer consent to payment authorization terms are retained so that any authorized charge can be substantiated.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security. We use reasonable administrative, organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us first at support@govelior.com or (321) 946-0031 with your reservation reference.
