Who Can Rent and What to Bring

• All renters and authorized drivers must present a valid original driver's license at vehicle pickup. Photocopies, images and expired licenses are not accepted.
• Drivers using a non-U.S. driver's license must also present a valid passport or government-issued identification from their country of residence.
• The name on the driver's license must match the name on the reservation and on the payment method presented.
• An International Driving Permit, where applicable, must be presented together with the original national driver's license.

• The general minimum rental age is 21 years old.
• Certain vehicles and vehicle categories may require a minimum age of 25.
• Renters under 25 may be subject to additional requirements, restrictions or charges as disclosed in the rental agreement.

• A valid payment method in the renter's name is required for the rental and for any security deposit or payment authorization.
• Reservation and rental payments are processed by Stripe. Go Velior Rental Cars LLC does not store full card numbers or card security codes when Stripe processes the payment.
• Where a payment method will be stored for later authorized charges, explicit consent is required. See our Payment Authorization & Security Deposit Policy.

Additional restrictions, deposits, verification steps or coverage requirements may apply depending on:

• Driver age
• Vehicle category
• Driver history
• Insurance or protection selected
• Payment method presented
• Rental duration and intended use

The final rental eligibility is subject to verification at pickup. If required documents cannot be presented or verification cannot be completed, the rental may not proceed and the cancellation terms of the applicable policy will apply.

Go Velior Rental Cars LLC digitally stores copies or records of customer driver's licenses and identification documents when required for rental verification. Identification information may include:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Driver's license number
• Driver's license issuing jurisdiction
• Driver's license expiration date
• Passport or government identification information
• Digital copies or images of identification documents

These records may be processed for:

• Identity verification
• Driver eligibility
• Rental agreement administration
• Fraud prevention
• Vehicle security
• Legal compliance
• Claims or disputes
• Law enforcement requests when legally required

Identification records are retained only as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, contractual, legal, insurance, fraud prevention and regulatory purposes. Uploaded documents are held in private, access-controlled storage and are not published or made available through public links. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

• Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle.
• Each additional driver must be present at pickup and must meet the same license, identification and age requirements as the primary renter.
• Any charge for an additional driver is as disclosed in the rental agreement.
